UNDER CONSTRUCTION

People who had important roles in development of the society and their acts during past couple of decades suppose to be described here.

For example, one possible role would be a colonel who had been a head of Moral and Propaganda department in the begining of the crisis while at the end he acts as a succesful banker using a fake name. The other would be a local celebrity making career using the connections with gangsters. Corupted police officers, judges, members of the goverment etc. And first of all, all kind of journalists, in fact, there should be the bigest power, in those roles.

Positive roles are also necessary, of course.
